Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time We ship to the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Cost We offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at support@milea-beauty.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MILÉA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
